Fructose is the most misunderstood sugar. On the one hand it is found naturally in fruits, like bananas and apples, but then it is added to many foods we eat. It is this added sugar (made by chemical factories) that is dangerous to our health. So there is good fructose (natural) (the natural sugar in apples) and there is bad fructose (chemical) (the chemical additive).
 
 Fructose (chem.) … the unnatural form of fructose has been linked to  tooth pain (severe, tooth decay, insulin sensitivity, diabetes, migraines, general pain, and yes even to cancer.  Therefore, this chemical needs to be avoided at all costs.  It is amazing to walk into many health food stores and see fructose (chemical) sold as a "natural" sugar for cooking. Again … the enemy is us … 
      Keep your kids healthy … avoid fructose!
